About us
PumpITup has two complementary areas of business: products for SMEs and the public, and enterprise transformation.
For small businesses, clubs, organisers, and the people they serve, we build SevenDays for activity organisations and bookable spaces, and MapCatch for outdoor events.
Our enterprise transformation work helps large and complex organisations improve the way IT works by automating processes, modernising delivery, and simplifying operations.
Our focus is on DevOps transformation, test automation, robotic process automation, microservices integration, and the wider architecture and governance that support long-term change.
We combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, so the ideas we propose are the ones we can actually implement.

Grow SevenDays with us
Business Development Specialist (SaaS)
Find and win customers for SevenDays, help them get started, and turn their feedback into practical improvements. A smaller part of the role supports MapCatch and outdoor event organisers.
The priority is sales: prospecting, understanding customer needs, demonstrations, and follow-through. Customer implementation means coordinating configuration and launch. Small usability improvements can use AI tools, with engineering responsible for technical review and production releases. You do not need to be a software engineer.
This opportunity is currently for candidates based in Czechia. English is required for working with our team and technical materials. The initial customer focus is the Czech market, so you should also be comfortable communicating with customers in Czech.
